Hand selected european stone, oversized glass windows & louvers, timber joinery throughout creates a modern luxe feel.

As always we expanded on electrical plans with creative lighting solutions for extra mood lighting and ambience.

We fitted this house out with Zimi “Senoa” smart switches & power points which allows users to have wireless lighting control throughout the house. Lighting scenes come on at sunset and create and automatic mood when nighttime arrives. Paired with wireless in-ceiling speakers & sonos speakers in the alfresco.
